Quiet hotel with quiet atmosphere in a lovely area near the medical clinic at Moyogalpa, the lake, which has a lovely communial area for residents, and the port for pick-up. Very-very nice and absolutely amazing staff on reception and elsewhere. Comfortable bed in the double room, plus a mini bar and a private entrance. Amazing mountain views, lovely food...
Cold bathroom.

The owner and his family were so kind and welcoming, providing great attention to detail and making me feel right at home. The room with a private balcony and bathroom was comfortable and cozy, offering a lovely view of the lake. The breakfast served each morning was absolutely delicious, made with love by the owner's mom.
The only thing that could be improved was the pillow comfort.

The friendly family and local community were welcoming on arrival and throughout our stay. The free pick-up service from the port added extra convenience, and the communal area by the lake had a great atmosphere. The home-cooked meals were tasty and definitely a highlight of our stay. The location was convenient as it was close to Moyogalpa and some beautiful beaches.
The room itself was basic and lacked some of the comforts we expected for the price we paid. The bathroom could have been cleaner and more hygienic.

I loved staying at this hotel because it offered an authentic experience in a rural setting. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet and secluded village that made me feel like part of the local community. The family who runs this hotel was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. The rooms were basic but comfortable, and I especially enjoyed having a private balcony to relax on. The attention to detail and the delicious local food, both for breakfast and dinner, added to the overall charm of this place.
Everything was perfect!

The hotel is located in a quiet part of the island with a community center and beach nearby. the family who runs it is friendly and helpful. the food is homemade and delicious. the room is clean and comfortable with free bike rental available.
The room had a lot of insects, making it hard to sleep at night.

Had a great weekend in a quiet village just outside of a town. the family picked us up from the port and even offered to take us back after our visit. They were super friendly and cooked us some amazing local food for breakfast. We rented bikes from them which were brand new, and explored the beautiful sights of the surrounding area. There is a small beach just a few minutes' walk away where you can relax in a hammock and connect to WiFi.
The WiFi was only available at the nearby community center, which made it a bit inconvenient to use. the location is quite secluded and requires a motorbike or bicycle to get around the island.

We had such an amazing time at Cabanas Privadas Dilany! The local family that runs the place made us feel right at home. The cabañas were cozy and comfortable, and we loved being so close to the Puesta de sol lake. Swimming in the lake on a hot day was absolute bliss. The mother cooked us delicious breakfast and dinner, tailored to our preferences. Highly recommend! Plus, they even offer scooter rentals on-site, which made exploring the area super convenient.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a rural area that made me feel like part of the local community. The owners spoke good English and were incredibly nice, providing excellent service and attention to detail. The basic amenities, including rooms with private balconies and bathrooms, were everything I needed. The breakfast was delicious and the prices were very reasonable.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was okay, with no major issues.
